October 8 we will be headed to the California Academy of Sciences. Specifically we will be focusing on the Solar System during our visit.

Leave Planet Earth behind as you fly billions of miles without leaving your chair inside our 290-seat domed theater. The brand new Morrison Planetarium uses the latest scientific data and visualization techniques to chart your course to the edge of the solar system.
Students will become virtual space travelers and explore the solar system. Find out what a planet is, get a close-up view of the planets in our solar system, and examine features that they have in common, as well as those that make each planet unique.
The Planetarium show content adheres to California science standards.
