Religion: SPCA field trip on Friday, permission slip distributed last week. See it for trip details.
Reading: Big Cheese Letters assigned Thursday during class time, must be finished & turned in on Wednesday.
Math: Worksheet. Multiplication/Division/Addition/Subtraction Assessment coming soon... either Thursday or Friday. Math Lab has been available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for several months. If you need help with these basics, come to the Math Lab for help.
Social Studies: Cartography projects due Friday, bring home any art supplies you need to borrow. Class time will continue to be given but some work must also be done at home. DO NOT fold your map.
Language Arts/English: Spelling pretest corrections in Language Arts notes.
Opera/Music/Art: Tomorrow is the last day for $5 film development for our photography project! Please bring in your money so that Mrs. Bair can develop your film!
Other: If you have any missing work, please do it and put it in the Turn In Drawer (with your name on it!!) so that you can earn some credit.
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1
Religion: SPCA trip on Friday, must return permission slip.
Math: basic grade level skills test coming either tomorrow or Friday
SS: Cartography project due Friday (take home the text and borrow any art supplies you need)
LA/English: SP/Vocabulary test Tuesday. STUDY!
THURSDAY, JUNE 2
Religion: SPCA Field trip tomorrow. You must turn in your permission slip to go on this trip! If you don't have your slip turned and you lost your copy, print out a blank permission slip form and fill it in with the information.
SS: Maps due tomorrow.
LA: Have a total of 4 articles (per person) prepared and ready to be edited by Mrs. Bair. Finish these from class.

- From the University of California, Davis, I graduated with a BA in English Literature (major) and Teacher Education (minor). While at UCD, I competed on the swim team and was a yearbook staff writer. From the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, I earned a Master's Degree in Education, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction. While at the University of the Pacific I also wrote and received a grant for a literacy project and for a travel project. I possess a Clear Multiple Subject teaching credential with Supplementary Authorization in English from the State of California. I have passed the examination for California Teachers of English Learners (CLAD/CTEL) in all three domains. In addition, I am classified as a 'NCLB Highly Qualified Teacher'. For eleven years I have taught fourth grade (and I love it!) My education experiences also include 5th, a 4th/5th combination class, K, 1st, high school varsity/jv sports coaching and a unique & rewarding experience supervising incarcerated dual diagnosis developmentally disabled adults in math and reading activities. I am so excited to work with you this year!!
