Please note the following regarding tonight's Religion Assignment:
It can only be partially completed because students have not learned all of the topics on the worksheet. The instruction is to COMPLETE AS MUCH OF IT AS YOU CAN ON YOUR OWN AND DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE REST.
HELPER NEEDED
Someone to help with a daily math chart (no math skills required!) first thing in the morning or at the end of the day. Perfect for someone who can come in a little bit before dismissal, 2:45pm or so, or someone who would like to come in around 7:40am on an ongoing basis.
DONATIONS NEEDED

potting soil, vegetable starter plants, succulent plants (often free!!)

stopwatches (used ok)
WE HAVE A FIELD TRIP TO THE SYMPHONY ON NOVEMBER 17. MISSING PERMISSION SLIPS ARE NOT NOTED ON THIS HOMEWORK NOTICE. IF YOU HAVE NOT TURNED ONE IN, PLEASE DO SO. IF YOU HAVE LOST YOURS, PLEASE MAKE A NEW ONE (THE FORM IS ON THE SCHOOL WEBSITE) AND TURN IT IN. THE COST IS $1.50 FOR A QUICK BUS RIDE ON MUNI. EMAIL ME IF YOU WANT TO BE A PARENT HELPER.

- From the University of California, Davis, I graduated with a BA in English Literature (major) and Teacher Education (minor). While at UCD, I competed on the swim team and was a yearbook staff writer. From the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, I earned a Master's Degree in Education, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction. While at the University of the Pacific I also wrote and received a grant for a literacy project and for a travel project. I possess a Clear Multiple Subject teaching credential with Supplementary Authorization in English from the State of California. I have passed the examination for California Teachers of English Learners (CLAD/CTEL) in all three domains. In addition, I am classified as a 'NCLB Highly Qualified Teacher'. For eleven years I have taught fourth grade (and I love it!) My education experiences also include 5th, a 4th/5th combination class, K, 1st, high school varsity/jv sports coaching and a unique & rewarding experience supervising incarcerated dual diagnosis developmentally disabled adults in math and reading activities. I am so excited to work with you this year!!
