The Fiesta Committee would like to invite your child/children to perform at this year's fiesta!
We have 3 different options for your spectacular performance:
Friday evening, October 9th
Saturday afternoon, October 10th
Sunday afternoon, October 11th
Please indicate what type of performance you & your child or children would like to perform:
___ Song
___ Dance
___ Specialty Performance
___ Group Performance
Performances can be up to 5 minutes long or longer!
Please submit your request by: September 25th as we will be putting the scheduled times for your individual/group performances. If you have other friends of family that are interested in performing, please let us know!

When you send them an email (or fill out a form) you should include your name, grade level, email, and phone number so that you may be easily contacted.
They will be contacting families to confirm dates & performances!
